Below are a few "specialty bags" that have been hot stamped. While we would not look to market these bags at say Walmart with these unique sayings on them, but they go over GREAT with the right crowd, people and purpose. We can put whatever you like on these bags as long as it will fit. Mostly we limit this to one line and our 36 point Times New Roman capital letters is what we generally stamp. The amount of wording/letters is controlled-dictated by the width of the bag of course. We can also have a magnesium die made from a BLACK & WHITE line drawing. This is more costly but can be done when the need arises. Please inquire with your questions and desires and we will advise you on your best options.
The beauty of hot stamping it that you don't incur a "setup-plate charge" which could be from $35.00 - $55.00 depending on where you shop. It is mostly used when you are just doing one or a few bags. Certainly it makes it very cost effective for example if you were doing five bags and they all had a different name/wording on it. That could cost you over $200.00 just in setup fees!
Please understand that in screen printing or hot stamping artwork can NOT have gradation and shading in it. That stands true for any manufacturer on the planet. People often send us beautiful artwork/logo but there is multiple colors and even shading. THIS CAN NOT BE DONE - that is for four color process color printing!
We also have Goudy Cursive, upper and lower case Times New Roman as well as Arial UPPPER CASE. The upper case letter capitals are approximately 1/2" high for a reference point.
